YBM prefabricated substation (box-type substation) is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. It is commonly known as European box-type transformer. It is used in urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, small and medium-sized factories, mines and oil fields, and temporary construction power supply places to receive and distribute electrical energy in the distribution system.

Features

YBM prefabricated substation has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and portability. Compared with conventional civil substations, the floor area of ​​box-type substations with the same capacity is usually only 1/10~1/5 of that of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction workload, and reduces construction costs. In the power distribution system, it can be used for ring network distribution system, dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution system, and is a new set of equipment for the construction and transformation of urban and rural substations.

Environmental conditions

6. No fire, explosion hazard, severe pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration.

Structural features

1. It is connected by high-voltage distribution equipment, transformer and low-voltage distribution equipment, and is divided into three functional compartments, namely high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. The high-voltage and low-voltage rooms are fully functional. The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose S7, S9 and other low-loss oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers; the transformer room is equipped with a self-starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage room can adopt a panel or cabinet-mounted structure to form the power supply scheme required by the user according to the user’s requirements. It has power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering and electric quantity measurement and other functions to meet the different requirements of users, and facilitate the user’s power supply management and improve the power supply quality.

2. The high-voltage room has a compact and reasonable structure and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking function. When the user requires it, the transformer can be equipped with tracks to facilitate entry and exit from the gates on both sides of the transformer room. Each room has an automatic lighting device. In addition, all components selected for high and low voltage rooms are reliable and easy to operate, making the product safe and reliable, and easy to operate and maintain.

3. Natural ventilation and forced ventilation are used to ensure good ventilation and cooling. The transformer room and low voltage room have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan has a temperature control device, which can automatically start and shut down according to the set temperature to ensure the full load operation of the transformer.

4. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering and is made of special steel plates or aluminum alloy plates. After anti-corrosion treatment, it has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
