·The high-voltage winding adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, which balances the distribution of turns, reduces magnetic leakage, has high mechanical strength, and has strong short-circuit resistance;

·The iron core and winding are each fastened with measures, and the fastening parts such as the height and low-voltage leads of the device are equipped with self-locking anti loosening nuts. They adopt a non suspended structure, which can withstand the shaking during transportation;

·The coil and iron core are vacuum dried, and the transformer oil is vacuum filtered and injected to reduce the moisture inside the transformer;

·The fuel tank adopts corrugated sheets, which have breathing function to compensate for the volume change of oil caused by temperature changes;

High overload distribution transformer is a type of distribution transformer developed to solve the problem of short-term rapid increase in electrical load.

The rapid increase in short-term electricity load refers to the situation where the majority of the year is in a light load state, but the load increases sharply for about ten days or half a month, exceeding the rated load by 1.5 times or even 2 times, and the load is concentrated within 2-3 hours, such as the Spring Festival load and busy farming load in the rural power grid.

In response to the special usage situation where the annual average load rate in rural areas is low and the load increases significantly during the Spring Festival and busy farming periods, while ensuring basic electricity consumption, it not only meets the long-term demand for small load electricity, but also takes into account the short-term demand for overloaded electricity.

The technology of high overload distribution transformers is mainly developed to ensure the economic and safety operation of rural power grids.

The annual average load rate of rural power grids is relatively low, but the electricity load is concentrated during certain periods. During the Spring Festival, the load increases sharply, which can easily cause short-term severe overload of conventional transformers and even burn them out.
